- It is possible to reserve one of our vehicles and to come and see it if needed(a 30% deposit will be requested).
We can deliver the cars everywhere in Gironde, the delivery will entail a surcharge depending on the distance of the delivery(refer to the rental contract for rates).
- On the day of the car pick-up, we make an inventory of the car with the customer(we advise the customer to take pictures too).
- Signing of the rental contract and the fee schedule in case of damage.
- Then we proceed to the payment and deposit of the deposit.
- At the time of the restitution, we redo an inventory of fixtures with the customer, if all is in order, we return the deposit.
In case of damage, we refer to the price list and return the difference to the customer; if the damage is not in the price list or impossible to calculate at the time, we take the deposit, repair the vehicle with the deposit and return the rest to the customer with supporting invoices (Note that the days of immobilization are also at the expense of the customer).
If the car is destroyed, the deposit doubles(mechanical breakage due to the renter's behavior or responsible accident).
